Corbus develops CRB-701, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting Nectin-4 for head and neck and cervical cancers, and CRB-913, an obesity pill; neither is approved.
CRB-701 is an antibody-drug conjugate that targets Nectin-4. In Phase 1/2 at 3.6 mg/kg, it shrank tumors in 42.9% of patients with second-line oropharyngeal cancer and 34.4% with cervical cancer. TEMPO-1, a randomized registrational trial against investigator's choice, dosed its first patient in September 2026; interim response data are expected in the first half of 2028. CRB-913, an obesity pill, produced 5% placebo-adjusted weight loss in 12 weeks. Cash of $117.9 million lasts into 2028.
