ImmunityBio's case rests on ANKTIVA, an IL-15 receptor agonist given into the bladder with BCG. Second-quarter net product revenue was $50.7 million, up 92% from a year earlier. On October 14 FDA expanded the label to all BCG-unresponsive NMIBC, including papillary-only tumors. The next step is BCG-naive disease: QUILT-2.005 randomized 366 patients to ANKTIVA plus BCG or BCG alone. Topline results are due in November, with an sBLA planned for the fourth quarter.
